Too busy during the day and wondering why you’re unhappy? Just five skills can enable you to be happier.

People who seek happiness often forget the one guiding principle: happiness can only be found within yourself. For most people, they’re bogged down by the daily routine and simply have too many questions running through their head at any given time to sit and take a happy moment.

That’s okay though. There’s a number of skills that you can learn to make your life happier.
